Had my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT detailed after a really messy summer of camping and it came back in beautiful condition - looking brand new! The owners were super friendly and knowledgeable and clearly loved their work. Their quote was transparent and accurate. A full bottle of red wine broke in my trunk while on holiday in Nelson. I dropped by Right Touch hoping for an appointment within a couple days.. They took me right away and did an excellent job of removing every trace of the wine. They were friendly, courteous, helpful and did the job quickly and professionally. Their rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

We were in Nelson for a couple of days and decided it would be easier to move about without our boat attached, so we popped into The Right Touch to see if we could get it cleaned and have a sleepover. Judith was warm and welcoming and got us all sorted in no time (even had a couple of local recommendations). The real magic here though was what they did to our boat: they took an 11-year old boat interior and brought it back to almost new condition. I’ve been scrubbing those cushions for a decade and they performed what I would consider a miracle in only a few hours. It’s often said, “you get what you pay for”, but in the case of this place I have to think you get WAY more than you pay for; great communication, top-notch service, and out-of-this-world sparkle! Would return in an instant (after a 6-hour drive lol).

What a great experience I had today at the right touch! After explaining my unique concerns about my car with Judith, she made a few really good suggestions and I left feeling confident that she understood the level of care I was looking for. When I returned, a few hours later, my car looked brand new. Exactly what I had asked for. (My car had been left on a dusty road with the windows down and the interior was full of dirt and dust, pollen, etc. The engine was absolutely filthy.) Judith’s crew performed a miracle on my little car :-) Communication was professional, clear and friendly. Value for money was outstanding. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of work and the customer service offered! I definitely recommend The Right Touch!

I can’t recommend Nelson Auto Detailing enough! They did an absolutely incredible job on my car, way above and beyond what I expected. Every corner is spotless, it honestly feels brand new again, which says a lot as it was a work vehicle with spilled paint and everything. They were friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their work. Super, super duper recommend!
